We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Replacements policy may vary slightly depending on the product and manufacturing.

We assure you that all products sold on Unique Agate are 100% genuine & inspected before dispatch. In case the product you received is ‘Defective or Not as Described’,our Friendly Replacements policy may help you out.

Written Replacement request shall be within 7 days from invoice date.

Important:

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Hassle-free Replacements:

We try our best to offer you a hassle-free Replacements experience.
– Replacements including all replacements are done free of cost for material cost, service cost plus logistics are charged.
– In most of the cases we deliver the replacement which are send by Buyer, if under any circumstances buyer does not agree for replacement for whatsoever reason then they will not be eligible for refund.
– We ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner or manufacture in- house, request not to push too much on time as this is not a routine production.

Exceptions:

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Replacements.
-Replacement request is made outside the specified time frame.
-Anything missing from the package you & ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
-Defective/damaged products that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
-Product is damaged due to misuse.
-Specific categories like breakable are not entertain.
-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
